Lehuapele Tea Garden

Description

Lehuapele Tea Garden is located in an ideal hidden spot on the Big Island of Hawaii, near Volcano. The soil is plentiful and ideal for Camellia sinensis. Luana and Chuck began growing their first cuttings which were a door prize at a Hawaii Tea Society meeting and have propagated out five generations of tea plants. Luana has began experimenting with various processing techniques as many of their plants are now producing vibrant flushes. The tea plants are treated with respect and care as Chuck lives on the farm and off the grid. You can enjoy a peaceful evening listening to the tea plants dance to your kerosene lantern.
